The Roots of Our Founding: The CEO’s Vision
ADDO Inc. was founded with the belief that the benefits of AI should not be limited to a few countries or companies, but should be accessible to people more broadly.
We pursue technology that is faithful to nature, mathematics, and engineering, while remaining centered on human well-being. We believe AI should not replace people as the main actor, but serve as a trusted partner that expands human potential.
The name ADDO carries the meaning of “adding value” and “delivering technology to people.” Through a new AI architecture originating in Japan, we aim to contribute to a sustainable and open foundation for intelligence.

Daisuke Hirahara is an AI architecture researcher and inventor whose work bridges financial AI, medical time-series data, medical imaging, and machine learning. Drawing on years of research across structured and unstructured data in finance and medicine, he invented ADDO ZERO, a PCT-filed low-bit, KV-cache-free structured-memory architecture, and leads its practical development at ADDO Inc.

Tohru is the former Chairman of AZEST, a company whose mission is to offer innovative user experiences for people to understand various information through images, videos, and data. He is a forward-thinking executive management with a proven track record in Cloud, AI, and Data Science. he consistently turned his passion for new technology into tangible business success through his proactive information gathering and risk-taking mindset. Tohru recently launched an Artificial Intelligence venture SPARQUEST, to provide AI consulting services, AI-based intelligent solutions, AI-based edge devices, and an effective AI platform.
He started his career with Accenture and has extensive experience in the consulting and IT services industries for more than 40 years.
