要旨Executive Summary

This project aims to establish a completely new, attention-free architecture—which solves the fundamental problem of quadratic (O(N²)) growth in computational and memory requirements inherent in existing Transformers (Self-Attention) and limits computational complexity to linear (O(N))—as the global de facto standard.

We will build a robust patent portfolio using our own capital and function as the headquarters for IP (intellectual property) management and licensing based on long-term investment.
We will form an “ecosystem of mutual prosperity” that brings all global chip manufacturers on board and establish a “total dominance” business model that secures sustainable profits from all global AI infrastructure—ranging from smartphones to telecommunications infrastructure and mega-clouds.

本事業は、既存のTransformer（Self-Attention）が抱える計算量とメモリの二次関数的な増大（O(N²)）という根本課題を解決し、計算量を線形（O(N)）に抑えた全く新しいAttention-freeアーキテクチャを世界標準（デファクトスタンダード）化するプロジェクトである。

自己資本による強固な特許ポートフォリオを構築し、長期的な投資に基づく、IP（知的財産）統括およびライセンス管理のヘッドクォーターとして機能する。
